Description:

RDCS is a check valve with hydraulic cushion function that can make closing slow. The bottom of the body has a hydraulic cushion device, when the pump stops, the disc will fall quickly, before full closure about 15% of the trip ,the disc will close slowly through the special device without water hammer happened.

Features:

.Rubber disc adopts NBR/EPDM fully encapsulated method, that can provide better sealing and corrosion protection.

.Nylon lining into the disc to strengthen it, that can avoid fracture.

.The disc is located on the upper part of the fluid after opening the valve and can reduce damage.

.All cast iron parts are coated with epoxy.

.Simple design, easy opening the upper bonnet to do clean, replace, and maintain work.

.Complies with BS EN1074-3,BS4504, and BS EN558 distance of faces.

For general water supply, fire fighting,HVAC/ cooling & sewage system.

Usually installed at the pump outlet.
